Your story matters.
The ALIBI Awards celebrate the women behind Australia's businesses. Whether you're just starting out or leading a thriving business, this is your opportunity to be recognised for everything you've built.
You don't need the biggest business, the biggest following or years of experience. If you've built something you're proud of, your story deserves to be recognised.

What if this is the year you finally back yourself?
So many women tell us they almost didn't enter because they didn't feel ready. They thought they weren't big enough, successful enough or deserving enough.
Why enter the ALIBI Awards?
Recognition is not about ego. It is about stopping long enough to see what you have achieved and allowing your business to be seen.
Recognition
Celebrate the work, growth and courage that usually happens quietly behind the scenes.
Visibility
Share your story, promote your business and create new opportunities.
Confidence
Give yourself permission to acknowledge how far you have already come.
Community
Connect with women from across Australia who understand the business journey.
Becoming a finalist is only the beginning.
The ALIBI Awards are designed to give finalists recognition, visibility and opportunities beyond the Awards Night.

These awards started with one conversation.
Five years ago someone asked me why there wasn't an awards program that truly recognised everyday women in business.
That conversation became an idea.
That idea became the ALIBI Awards.
Today, women from all over Australia have stepped forward to share their stories, celebrate their achievements and remind themselves just how far they've come.
I wanted these awards to be judged on your journey, your impact and the business you've built not on who could collect the most public votes.
Whether you're just starting out, running a regional business, growing a team or quietly building something incredible behind the scenes, there is a place for your story here.
